Have you gone to your old accountants this year and see there’s a new name on the door? Or received a letter/email advising you that you’ve been sold to a new accountant? We have had about 50 new clients this year alone due to people coming to us after realising they had been sold to a new accountant. Apparently people don’t like to be treated as commodities.
